Herb-infused Chicken & Bell Peppers Casserole

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to preference

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

3 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for a touch of garnish

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F.

Take a spacious bowl and merge chicken breasts, garlic, paprika, oregano, a hint of salt and pepper, and olive oil. Stir until the chicken is uniformly seasoned.

Introduce the colorful bell pepper slices to the chicken mixture, giving it another good stir.

Transfer this mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish, ensuring an even spread.
