°8 lemons, cut into slices

°Half a serving of ginger root, cut into coarse cubes

°1/2 cup of honey

°1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar

°water

2. Fill slow cooker with water up to top rim.

3. Gently stirring mixture to blend all ingredients.

5. Simmer for 4-6 hours, or until the flavors blend.

6. After required soaking time has elapsed, carefully strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to removing any solids.

7. Transfering filtered liquid to a clean container, such as a jar or bottle.
