This is why you need to add CINNAMON to the cleaning water

Whether in the form of a cinnamon bun, as a topping on muesli or as a little extra flavor in coffee, cinnamon is one of our most popular spices. We love the spice made from cinnamon bark, especially during the cold season. But did you know that cinnamon is also a wonderful cleansing agent? You can read here how it works and what the powder in wiping water can do.

That’s why you should also use cinnamon as a cleaning agent

Cinnamon has been used for aromatic purposes for many centuries. Not only does it taste and smell fantastic, it also has a natural antibacterial effect. When used as a cleaning agent, the spice can kill up to twenty different types of bacteria. The natural product is gentle on the surface and the floor doesn’t become sticky or discolored. And parents needn’t worry if their children come into contact with the mop water, as it’s absolutely child-safe.

Cinnamon in cleaning water: here’s how the scented cleaning tip works

Cinnamon water for cleaning your floor is quick to prepare. Simply add a little powdered cinnamon to the bucket of water. Alternatively, you can boil the required amount of water with a few cinnamon sticks, then add it to the mop bucket. For a stronger solution, use cinnamon essential oil. You should add about 20 drops to the water. You can then clean the floor as usual and simply leave it to dry. This type of cleaning is recommended once a week. And the best part: after each wipe, your apartment smells wonderfully of cinnamon. We love rocking the cleaning bucket!

Why you should put cinnamon in your vacuum cleaner too

Are you enthusiastic about the pleasant smell of cinnamon mop water in your apartment, and would you like to have it this way more often? Then put some cinnamon in a new vacuum cleaner bag. When you vacuum, the fragrance will also spread pleasantly throughout your four walls. Important: use only small quantities to avoid damaging the vacuum cleaner!

Cinnamon has magical powers

The spice has long been attributed magical properties and healing powers, as it is governed by the sun and therefore by the element of fire. That’s why cinnamon is often used by people for beginning-of-the-month rituals who wish to bring love, prosperity or happiness into their homes and use the power of the spice for themselves.

  • Then repeat the following mantra: “When this cinnamon blows, prosperity will come here. When this cinnamon blows, abundance will come to stay. When this cinnamon blows, abundance will live here! This will invite prosperity into your home.
  • Concentrate firmly on your desires and what you hope to achieve with this ritual. Then blow the cinnamon into your apartment. Important: Concentrate firmly on positive thoughts.
