*Ingredients you will need:

°2 cups of all-purpose flour.

°1/4 cup granulated sugar.

°1 tablespoon baking powder.

°1/2 teaspoon of salt

°1 cup of milk.

°1/4 cup. Unsalted butter (melted).

°1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.

°Half a cup of packed brown sugar

The first step:

Prehe at oven to 175°C and grease a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan.

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, butter, and eggs until well combined.

The fourth step:

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don’t over mix. Pieces are acceptable.

Eighth step:

Step nine:

Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step ten:

Remove the bread from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes in the pan. Before slicing, place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
