Slide of slow pepper meat

 

The pepper meat slice is a meal of Chinese inspiration with a lot of sauce, pepper and onions. This is a meal in a jumping style but made in a slow cook! Served on rice and has a lot of sauce (or sauce) to wrap.

+ Storage tips

To keep the pepper steak, add to TUPPERWARE and cool up to 3 days.

To freeze, add to the Ziplocks bags and extract all air joins. Freeze up to 3 months.

*ingredients

°2 pounds of beef, cut into domains 2

°Garlic powder

°3 tablespoons of vegetable oil

°1 Bouillon Beef Cube

°1/4 cup hot water

°1 tablespoon of cornstarch

°1/2 cup chopped onions

°2 large green pepper, almost cut

°3 tablespoons of soy sauce

°1 teaspoon of white sugar

°1 teaspoon of salt

*Directions

Sprinkle with Surlong strips with garlic powder to taste. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and brown striped beef strips. Transfer to a slow cooker.

Mix the broth broth with hot water until it melts, then mix the cornstarch until the solution. Pour in slow cook with meat. Combine onions, green pepper, cooked tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar and salt.

Cover and cook in height for 3 to 4 hours, or at a low level for 6 to 8 hours.
