Poor Man’s Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

2 large carrots, chopped

2 large potatoes, chopped

1 large onion, chopped

1 cup frozen green beans

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cans of diced tomatoes

2 cups beef broth

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, draining any surplus fat.

In your slow cooker, mix the cooked beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, green beans, garlic, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
