Yesterday, I made an impromptu dip recipe for a little dip at my dad’s. This is one of my favorite appetizer recipes! I haven’t made this dip in over five years and honestly forgot how delicious it really is. And you know me, it’s very easy to put together and makes for a great deal of immersion.

*Ingredients:

°1 cup sour cream
°1 cup of mayonnaise

*Directions:

In a mixing bowl, whisk the sour cream and mayonnaise together until smooth.

Add the grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, chopped green onions, fresh parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until completely combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Before serving, mix the dip well and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can also garnish with chopped parsley and extra green onions for a nice touch.

Serve with french fries, crackers, or your favorite vegetables.

Enjoy !
